Billing and usage - Kupe

Public billing is wallet + invoices. Credit purchase (Razorpay / plans / subscribe) is dashboard-only and is not in this OpenAPI spec. Usage is cost-summary and daily only. Per-service breakdown (GET /v1/orgs/{org_id}/usage) and per-session metric lines are excluded.

Pass ?currency=INR (or USD) on wallet, invoices, and usage reads to choose display currency. GET /v1/orgs/{org_id}/balance is the calling-credit ledger in minor units.

cost-summary powers dashboard tiles (cost, minutes_consumed, FX). daily is a paginated series. Top-ups and subscriptions stay in the hub billing UI.
