Billing and usage - Kupe

Kupe App billing was large: org/user wallets, grants, caps, Razorpay orders, subscriptions, forex, credit-request tickets, earnings, and per-service usage tables. Many of those routes were dashboard / super-admin. Kupe Hub public billing is wallet + invoices + two usage rollups. Checkout is Hub-only. See Billing.
